My career pathway:
Currently at iLead I am taking POE as a sophomore, and took IED as a freshman. I'm in the general engineering pathway and plan on taking CIM next year. After iLead I know I definitely want to attend a 4 year college. I have a couple in mind such as University of Kentucky, Morehead, and Western.
My ILP:
After updating my learning plan and thinking long and hard, the career that I'm interested in is teaching STEM. I love all the STEM camps we do at iLead and participating in Super Saturdays along with Panthers Scholars. All involve teaching kids certain aspects of STEM such as: robotics, 3-D printing, and reverse engineering. I love kids and fell in love with STEM as an elementary student. I'm not sure what ages I'm interested working with but its probably going to be 3rd grade and above. Since there aren't many classes to take for exactly "STEM" teaching I'm just going to broaden my knowledge of different types of engineering by taking CIM and DE, and then go into education. I have a couple colleges in mind but I could go pretty much anywhere since I'm interested in education and its so common.
